You start with no agencies. Once you are in, you create each agency you work with and enrol its providers — you do not need anybody there to invite you first, and they can take the records over later.

You are charged per agency, per month, and only for the ones paying us nothing. An agency that takes up a subscription of its own costs you nothing from that month on.

This is not where you track your own recertification. If you also work for an agency, ask them to invite you and your hours stay with them — you can hold both from the same account.
